Comfortable workout clothes are best! Choose something that allows you to move freely. Don’t forget a water bottle, and wear shoes suited for dance or fitness activities.

If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. You can manage your bookings through your account or contact us for assistance.

Most of our classes last about an hour. This gives you plenty of time to warm up, learn new moves, and cool down. Check the schedule for specific class durations!
